    辣椒雞翼

    政府公布中央屠宰場選址,本人前往現場途中,在公司車上,發現一份隔夜「頭條日報」放在司機位後方,被那大大張的燒雞翼圖片吸引著。
     
    拿來看,原來是每日食譜,正教人煮「辣椒雞翼」,材料和製法都很簡單,跟大家分享一下。正確份量記得不太清楚,以下材料跟份量作了修改。
     
    材料:
    雞中翼 8隻
    蒜頭 3粒(切碎)
    乾蔥頭 3粒(切碎)
     
    醃料:
    辣椒醬 1湯匙
    日式燒烤醬 1湯匙
     
    製法:
    所有材料混合在一起,醃半小時。然後放入焗爐內,以130-150度火焗15分鐘就ok!
     
    其實整雞翼有好多方法,順便講講。
     
    咸雞翼:先燒熱一鍋水約1公升,加三湯匙粗鹽,和適量胡椒粉,最後水滾加雞翼,滾兩分鐘後熄火焗20分鐘就ok!
     
    寫住一個先,下次再推出蒜香牛油雞翼、瑞士雞翼、沙薑雞翼……
